Step 1.
Heat the oven to 200 °C.
Step 2.
Mix lemon juice, paprika, red onions and chicken thighs in a medium mixing bowl.
Step 3.
Mix all the ingredients for seasoning together in another bowl, then mix them with the mixture created in Step 2.
Step 4.
Refrigerate them for 2 hours, or up to a day for better flavor.
Step 5.
Place the marinated chicken onto a baking rack over a tray and coat them with oil.
Step 6.
Cook the chicken thigh for about 6 minutes on each side.
Step 7.
Remove the chicken from the oven and raise the temperature to 220 °C.
Step 8.
Cook the chicken for another 6 minutes until they become partially charred.
