With PerfectFry Plus making healthy meals is easier than ever. Set the right temperature for your food from among eleven different levels between 70°–220° C. Once the desired temperature is reached, the sensor keeps it constant, preventing your food from scorching. PerfectFry Plus is like cooking on cruise control, ensuring healthy results cooked or fried to perfection.

Thanks to the intuitive control panel and the supportive lightline, the DirectSelect user interface allows you to select the cooking zones, set the specific power level, and manage additional functions directly, quickly, and easily. When switched off, the control panel is almost invisible, giving your cooktop an even more sleek appearance.

If you want to use large or differently shaped cookware, the CombiZone combines two individual zones into one large cooking area with the same heat setting. Enjoy more culinary freedom with a larger cooking space!

The Bosch flat duct system offers maximum flow rates and complete flexibility for both recirculation and duct systems. The compact design also frees up space under the cooktop for storing extra pots and pans. The system elements are designed so that they can be installed in combination with all Bosch ventilation solutions. Thanks to optimised aerodynamics, the highest flow rates and ideal unit performance are guaranteed even with longer ducts, and installation is easy in any spatial configuration.
