Ingredients
2 cups Campbell’s Real Stock - Vegetable | 100ml thickened cream |
¾ cup (150g) fine polenta | ½ cup finely grated parmesan |
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves |
Method
Step 1.
Preheat Bosch oven to 4D hot air 130°C. Added steam setting 03.
Step 2.
Combine Campbell’s Real Stock - Vegetable, polenta and thyme in a small ovenproof dish (4-cup capacity) Stir to combine.
Step 3.
Cook in oven for 25 minutes. Turn off oven. Stir in cream and parmesan. Stand in oven for 10 minutes. Remove. Stir.
Step 4.
Serve.
