What makes Pro Induction cookware unique?

Made of high-quality stainless steel, Pro Induction cookware heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. With their timeless, durable design, the pots and pans will serve you well for years to come. Cool-to-the-touch handles don't become hot quickly when, for example, searing or boiling at high temperature. For cooking that's enjoyable and hassle-free.

Cook your favourite dish with ease.

From ratatouille to steak, make nearly any recipe with our cookware sets. The 6-piece set comes with 3 pots, 2 pans and 1 saucepan. The 4-piece set consists of 2 pots, 1 pan and 1 saucepan. They heat quickly and distribute heat evenly, making cooking fast and easy. Without their glass lids, the pots are oven-safe up to 220°C. Afterwards, pop the dishwasher-proof pots in the dishwasher for easy clean-up. The saucepan has a durable three-layer coating with excellent nonstick properties.

Why do you need special cookware for induction cooktops?

Unlike conventional electric ranges that heat a burner's coil, induction cooktops use an electromagnetic field to heat cookware directly. The advantage: it doesn’t waste any heat. Cookware must be ferromagnetic to work with induction, containing either iron or a special layer with magnetic properties.

Which type of cookware is best for induction cooking? Which should be avoided?

If a magnet firmly clings to the bottom of a pan, it's induction friendly. Cookware made of cast iron, in addition to most stainless steel cookware, are good options. A non-stick pan is easy to clean and use – just make sure it’s suitable for induction. Aluminum and pure copper are not compatible with induction cooktops unless they have a special magnetic layer.
