So far more complex than what I've been used to, lots more options. Washing results good.

Solid Machine
Have only had it for about 5 months so I wouldnt exactly be expecting any major issues in that period anyway, but it's been a solid machine in that period and we've had no real problems. My one minor complaint is that some water usually remains in the gasket/seal at the end of a wash and it isn't completely drained away by the holes as they're a few mms higher than the lowest point of the seal. We have to be fairly diligent about wiping out out to clean/dry it after each wash otherwise the water just sits there. Standard issues also apply re: max weight limit only applying to a few of the settings and most being lower than 8kg.

Superior Washing Machine
First time Bosch user and very impressed with this washing machine. Easy to use and clothes come out incredibly clean!

Good product
We have had this machine for more than a year. It is good quality and washes very well (clothes come out looking cleaner compared to our last machine). I also like that you can pause it and open it part way through a cycle if you forget to put something in. I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 because it has 2 flaws that annoy me. Firstly, it does not have the option for a spin only cycle. Sometimes I handwash things and just want to spin them out in the machine, which was possible on my old machine but not on this one. The second small flaw is that it does not spin the clothes as dry as my last machine. But it does a pretty good job, so not a huge flaw.
